All Bark And No Bite is a slang term used to describe someone who talks or boasts a lot about their abilities or intentions but fails to follow through with any action or fails to back up their words with actual results. It refers to a person who appears fierce or aggressive, but lacks the ability or determination to carry out their threats or promises.

Example 1: John always talks about how he can beat anyone in a fight, but when confronted, he backs down immediately. He’s all bark and no bite.

Example 2: The politician promised to bring about significant changes during his campaign, but once elected, he failed to deliver on any of his promises. Turns out, he’s just all bark and no bite.
