Mugshot Model

A “Mugshot Model” is a term used in internet slang to describe someone who takes attractive or stylish photos like models typically do, but with a twist. This term refers to individuals who share pictures of themselves where they intentionally try to look like they’re posing for a mugshot, the photograph taken by the police when someone is arrested.

Examples:

1. Sarah’s Instagram feed is full of mugshot model pictures. She pouts her lips, creates a disheveled look, and even holds up a placard with a “booking number.” She’s trying to make a statement about society’s obsession with criminal culture.

2. Tom thinks he’s cool by posting mugshot model photos on social media. He wears an orange jumpsuit, puts on handcuffs, and smirks at the camera as if he’s some kind of rebellious celebrity. It’s his way of trying to appear edgy and unconventional.
