The internet slang term “Eyes in the back of your head” means being extremely aware and observant of one’s surroundings, as if having an extra set of eyes at the back. It is often used to describe someone who appears to have knowledge or insight into things they should not normally be aware of.

1. When Jenny walked into the office, she immediately knew about the surprise birthday party planned for her. It’s like she has eyes in the back of her head!
2. Jack always seems to find out about the latest gossip amongst our friends before anyone else. He must have eyes in the back of his head or something!
