A plutocrat is a term used to refer sarcastically to a wealthy person who has significant influence or power due to their abundance of money. It is typically used in online conversations, especially in social and political contexts, to criticize individuals who are seen as using their wealth to control or manipulate societal and economic systems in their favor.

Examples:

2. The CEO’s extravagant lifestyle and disregard for his employees’ well-being only highlighted his status as a heartless plutocrat who cared more about profits than people.
