Virtual is a term used on the internet to describe something that is not physically real or present, but exists or happens online. It refers to the digital representation or experience of something rather than its physical form.

Examples:
Virtual reality (VR) is a technology that allows users to enter and interact with a computer-generated simulated environment. With VR headsets, people can feel as if they are in a different world, even though it is just a virtual experience.
Many online communities have virtual currency, such as “coins” or “gems,” which can be used to purchase virtual items or enhance the users virtual avatar. These virtual currencies are specific to the platform or game and cannot be used in the physical world.
