Tanked Up means being heavily intoxicated or drunk. It is often used to describe someone who has consumed a large amount of alcohol and is heavily under its influence.

Examples:

1. Jenny had a wild night at the party and ended up getting tanked up on cocktails. She could barely walk and was slurring her words by the end of the night.

2. After a long week of work, Tom decided to hit the bar with his friends and get tanked up to celebrate the weekend. Needless to say, he had a hard time remembering anything the next morning.
