Talk Is Cheap means that words or promises are easily made, but actions speak louder than words. It implies that it is easy to say something, but it is much harder to actually do it or follow through with it.

Examples:
1. Mark is always saying that he will start exercising and eat healthier, but talk is cheap if he never actually starts working out or changes his eating habits.
2. Sarah keeps promising to help with the project, but talk is cheap if she doesn’t make any effort to contribute or complete her assigned tasks.
