A “Surface Level Person” refers to someone who only pays attention to superficial or shallow aspects of a person or topic, without delving deeper into understanding or connecting on a more meaningful level.

Examples:

– She’s such a surface level person; she only cares about how someone looks and what they wear, but never bothers to get to know their personality or interests.

– He’s always talking about popular trends and celebrities without actually understanding any of it. He’s just a surface level person who doesn’t care to learn more or critically analyze anything.
