In this example, Person B “snipes” Person A by making a sarcastic remark about the idea of lucky socks, implying that it wouldn’t have made a difference in their bad day.

– Practical Example 2:
Person A: Can’t believe I failed my chemistry exam, so disappointed in myself.
Person B: Guess you’ll have to go back to mixing baking soda and vinegar for your experiments.
In this example, Person B “snipes” Person A by sarcastically suggesting that since they failed their chemistry exam, they should resort to simple and basic science experiments involving baking soda and vinegar.
