The internet slang termSlovakian Traffic Cone” refers to a person who constantly blocks or hogs the passing space in a group conversation or online discussion, preventing others from participating. Often, this person dominates the conversation and disregards others’ opinions or thoughts. They can be compared to a traffic cone, which hinders the smooth flow of traffic in real life.

Examples:
1. In a group chat about organizing a party:

Person A: “Hey everyone, let’s decide on a location for the party!”
Person B: “I think we should have it at my house.”
