The slang term “Shoe In” is used to describe a situation where someone or something is considered very likely to win or be chosen for something without much effort or competition. It is often used to imply a guaranteed success or a sure thing.

Examples:
1. In a job interview, if you have a close friend who works at the company and they recommend you, you could say “With my friend’s recommendation, Im definitely a shoe in for the position.”
2. If a particular team is playing against a much weaker opponent, you could say “The team’s recent form and the opponent’s weak performance make them a shoe in to win the game.”
