SFAIK

SFAIK is an internet slang term that stands for “As Far As I Know.” It is commonly used to indicate that the information being shared is based on the knowledge or understanding of the speaker, but there might exist other information that they are not aware of.

Examples:

Example 1:

Person A: Are we allowed to take pictures in the museum?

Person B: SFAIK, photography is allowed in most parts of the museum, but it’s better to ask the staff to be sure.

Example 2:

Person A: When is the release date for the new season of that show?

Person B: SFAIK, the release date hasn’t been announced yet. We’ll have to keep an eye out for updates.
