Scrum is an internet slang term used to describe a situation when people quickly gather together to achieve a specific goal or solve a problem collaboratively. It emphasizes a sense of urgency and collective effort among individuals.

Example 1:
John: Hey guys, we need to figure out how to market our new product effectively. Let’s have a scrum and brainstorm some creative ideas.
Sarah: Great idea! Ill bring the whiteboard, and we can all pitch in our suggestions.
Mark: Count me in too! We need to come up with a strategy as soon as possible.

Example 2:
Emily: Our website just crashed, and we don’t know why! We need a scrum right away to identify and fix the issue.
Tom: I’ll alert the technical team and schedule a meeting in 10 minutes to get everyone on board.
Emily: Perfect, let’s gather all the necessary information so we can find the solution quickly.
