The internet slang termRide or Die” means being incredibly loyal and committed to someone or something, even in the toughest times.

Here are two practical examples of how this term can be used:

Example 1:

John is my best friend, we’ve known each other since kindergarten. He has always been there for me and supported me no matter what. He’s definitely my ride or die friend.
Emily is a huge fan of a particular music artist. No matter what critics say or how the artist’s popularity may change, she remains incredibly devoted and loyal. She’s a true ride or die fan.

Example 2:

Sam and Jennifer have been in a relationship for many years. Through thick and thin, they have supported each other and stood by one another’s side. They are each other’s ride or die partners.
Katie and Sarah are part of the same sports team. They are fiercely loyal to one another, always having each other’s back on and off the field. They are ride or die teammates.
