The internet slang term “Raise A Stink” means to create a lot of noise or commotion about something, often in a public or online context, in order to draw attention to an issue or express strong dissatisfaction or protest. It refers to making a big fuss or causing a disturbance to make others pay attention to a particular matter.

Examples:

1. After the company announced a sudden reduction in employee benefits, the staff decided to raise a stink on social media platforms to force the management to reconsider their decision. They posted complaints, organized online petitions, and shared their grievances with the wider public, ultimately gaining enough attention to prompt the company to revise its decision.

2. When a popular video game released an update that made the gameplay experience significantly worse, the gaming community was quick to raise a stink on various forums and discussion boards. Players voiced their frustrations, highlighted the issues, and collectively demanded a fix. The sheer number of complaints and negative feedback led the game developers to address the problems in a subsequent patch.
