Racked Outis an internet slang term used to describe someone who is extremely tired or worn out. It can also be used to refer to a person who is deeply asleep or taking a long nap.

Examples:
1. After staying up all night studying for exams, Sarah was completely racked out and exhausted.
2. I had a hectic day at work, so I came home and immediately racked out on the couch.
