Playing Coy is an internet slang term used to describe someone who acts mysterious or evasive when asked about something, often for the purpose of making others more interested or curious. It involves pretending to be unaware or uninterested in order to provoke attention or gain attraction.

Examples:

1. Person A: “Hey, did you hear about the surprise party for Sarah?”
Person B: “Surprise party? What are you talking about? I have no idea.”
Person A: “Stop playing coy, I saw you whispering with Sarah’s best friend.”

2. Online Post: “I have a huge secret, but I’m not sure if I should share it. Should I spill the beans?”
Comments:
User X: “Come on, don’t play coy! Tell us already, we’re all dying to know!”
– User Y: “Ugh, this is so typical! Why create suspense and then act like you’re not interested in sharing? Just spill it!”
