The internet slang term “On The Edge” means feeling anxious, tense, or agitated due to a particular situation or event. It describes being at the brink of a certain emotion or experience.

Examples:

A: I have a job interview tomorrow, and I’m so nervous!
B: Oh, I totally get it! I remember feeling on the edge before my interview too.

A: The final season of my favorite TV show is about to start, and I can’t wait to find out what happens!
B: I know that feeling of being on the edge! I’ve been waiting for it too, and the anticipation is killing me!
