Minding My Own Business, often abbreviated as MYOB, is an internet slang term used to indicate that a person is focusing on their own matters and not interfering or getting involved in someone elses affairs. This phrase suggests that the individual is choosing to stay out of conflicts or gossip and is generally staying neutral or uninvolved.

Examples:

1. Alice: Did you hear about the argument between Sara and John?
Bob: I have no idea, I’ve been minding my own business.

2. Person A: Why didn’t you share your opinion on the matter?
Person B: I prefer staying quiet and minding my own business, it’s not really my concern.

Alice is sharing gossip about Sara and John, but Bob states that he has chosen to focus on himself and not get involved.
Person B is asked why they didn’t give their opinion, but they explain that they prefer staying out of such discussions and not interfering.
