LIFO

LIFO stands for “Last In, First Out,” and it is an acronym commonly used in internet slang. It refers to a method in which the item or data that was most recently added or received is the first one to be taken out or used.

Examples:

1. In online gaming, when players are waiting in a queue to join a server, the LIFO principle is often used. This means that the person who had joined the queue most recently will be able to enter the server before those who had joined earlier.

2. When browsing social media platforms, the LIFO algorithm is frequently employed to determine the order of posts on a user’s feed. This implies that the most recent posts will be displayed at the top, and as you scroll down, you will see older posts.
