Invisible Lat Syndrome

Invisible Lat Syndrome refers to a humorous internet slang term that pokes fun at individuals who falsely believe their upper body muscles are much larger and muscular than they actually are. It humorously suggests that these individuals have such significant latissimus dorsi muscles (located in the back) that their arms cannot hang down straight, making their upper body appear broader. However, it is important to note that this term is meant to be light-hearted and not intended to offend anyones physical appearance.

Examples:

1. John always walks around with his arms sticking out like he’s carrying the weight of the world, but in reality, he barely has any muscles. He’s a classic case of Invisible Lat Syndrome.

2. Sarah’s constant need to wear tight shirts and constantly flex her arms clearly shows she suffers from Invisible Lat Syndrome. It’s just hilarious how she tries to portray herself as super muscular when she’s actually not.

Synonyms:
dudebro, invisible upper body, gym fail
