Internal Screaming is an internet slang term used to describe the intense feeling of frustration, stress, or overwhelm that a person experiences internally without external expression. It represents the inner turmoil and emotional distress that one feels but doesn’t show outwardly.

Examples:

1. When your teacher assigns a huge project on the day it is due, and you have no choice but to do it at the last minute, you might feel like internally screaming.

2. Imagine you are stuck in traffic and running late for an important meeting. You may keep a calm exterior, but internally, you are screaming from all the frustration and stress.
