IIRC

IIRC stands for “If I Recall/Remember Correctly.” It is used when someone wants to mention something based on what they remember, but they are not completely certain about the accuracy of their information.

Examples:

In a discussion about a movie, someone might say:
– IIRC, the main character’s name was John.

When talking about a past event, someone might mention:
– IIRC, last year’s conference was held in New York.
