High as a kite is an internet slang term used to describe someone who is extremely intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This phrase is often used to convey a state of being heavily under the influence and experiencing significant alterations in perception, consciousness, or behavior.

Example 1:

After smoking a joint, Alex was high as a kite and couldn’t stop laughing at everything around him.
Jessica came back from the party completely drunk, stumbling and slurring her words – she was definitely high as a kite.

Example 2:

David took some strong hallucinogens and soon found himself high as a kite, seeing vibrant colors and fictional creatures in his surroundings.
Sammy went out for a night of heavy drinking and came home, high as a kite, unable to even open the front door.
