Group Jerk is an internet slang term used to describe a situation where a group of people online collectively ridicule, mock, or insult someone. It usually involves multiple individuals joining in on the criticism and amplifying each other’s negative comments. This behavior often occurs in online communities or social media platforms.

Example 1:

Person A: “Did you see the comments under that influencer’s new video? It was a total Group Jerk!”

Person B: “Yeah, I noticed. They all started making fun of her and it got out of control.”

Example 2:

Person A: “I posted a photo on that forum, and I became the target of a Group Jerk session. It was so hurtful.”

Person B: “I’m sorry to hear that. Some people on the internet can be really cruel when they gather in groups.”
