Glib in internet slang means someone who talks or writes in a smooth and confident way, often using clever or sarcastic remarks without considering the seriousness or sensitivity of the topic.

Examples:

Person A: Did you see Johns Instagram post about his new car? It’s so cool!

Person B: Yeah, but does he really need another expensive toy to compensate for his lack of personality? Glib much?

Person A: I just got rejected from the job I really wanted. I feel so defeated.

Person B: Well, maybe it’s the universe’s way of telling you to aim lower and set more realistic goals. Sorry if that sounds glib, but maybe it’s for the best.
