Flipping

Flipping is an internet slang term that means to quickly buy and resell something at a higher price to make a profit. It commonly refers to flipping limited edition items, sneakers, electronics, or any other high-demand product.

I managed to snag a pair of limited edition sneakers for $100 and then sold them for $300. Total flipping!
He’s been flipping iPhones for years, buying them at discounted prices and reselling them for a significant profit.

Example 2:

My friend is really good at flipping concert tickets. She always buys extras and sells them for double the price.
