Eyes on the prize means to stay focused on the main goal or objective without getting distracted by other things.

Examples:

1. Even though there are many parties happening this weekend, I need to keep my eyes on the prize and finish my important project first.

2. Instead of wasting time on social media, I should keep my eyes on the prize and study for my upcoming exam.
