The internet slang term “Everything’s in the bag” means that everything is under control and guaranteed to be successful. This expression is often used when someone is confident about either their own abilities or a specific outcome.

Examples:

1.
Imagine a student giving a presentation and feeling fully prepared. They might say, “Don’t worry, guys, I’ve practiced a hundred times, and everything’s in the bag. It’s going to be great!” Here, the student is assuring their peers that they have complete control over the situation and that their performance will be successful.

2.
Picture a sports team heading into a crucial match. The team captain might motivate their fellow players by saying, “We’ve trained hard for this day, and we know each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Trust me, everything’s in the bag. Victory is within our reach.” In this case, the captain is instilling confidence in their teammates by expressing certainty in their collective abilities to win the game.
