EOM stands forend of message.” It is an internet slang term or abbreviation used to indicate that the entire message or information is conveyed in the subject line or header, therefore there is no need to open or read the body of the email or text.

Example 1:

If someone receives an email with the subject line “Meeting tomorrow at 3 pm – EOM,” it means that all the necessary details about the meeting, such as the time and location, are already mentioned in the subject line. The recipient doesn’t need to open the email since there is no additional information in the body of the email.

Example 2:

Sometimes, when sending a short text message, people may write “Lunch at Toms Cafe, 1 pm – EOM” in order to indicate that the message is complete in the subject line. The recipient can quickly understand the plan without needing to open the message or ask for any further details.
