Dub

“Dub” is an internet slang term used to describe when someone makes a mistake or fails at something. It is often used to teasingly point out someone’s error or to acknowledge when something did not go as planned.

Examples:
1. John tried to show off his dance moves at the party but ended up tripping and falling on the floor. Everyone started laughing and saying, “Dub, dude!”
2. Sarah attempted to bake a cake for her friend’s birthday but forgot to add sugar. When her friend took a bite and made a face, everyone burst out saying, “That cake is a total dub!”
