Doomer

A “Doomer” is an internet slang term that describes a person who has a pessimistic and nihilistic view of life. They often believe that the world is doomed or heading towards a negative future.

Example 1:
Person A: Did you hear about the new environmental report? It says that the planet is deteriorating faster than expected.
Person B: Yeah, I saw it. The Doomer inside me is just getting stronger. Why even bother trying?

Example 2:
Person X: Hey, want to go out tonight and have some fun?
Person Y: Nah, I don’t feel like it. I’m in a Doomer mood, just want to stay home and contemplate the meaninglessness of life.
