“Diss” is an internet slang term used to describe an insult or disrespectful comment directed towards someone. It is often used to express a sharp and clever insult that aims to belittle or criticize someone.

Examples:
1. Person A: Did you see the outfit she wore to the party yesterday?
Person B: Yeah, it was so tacky! She has no sense of style.
Person A: Your diss was on point!

2. Person X: I heard you failed your math test. You must be really dumb.
Person Y: That’s a weak diss, try harder next time.
Person X: Sorry, I’ll step up my insult game.

In both examples, “diss” is used to acknowledge and appreciate a well-executed insult in the first sentence, while in the second sentence, it is used to critique a weak or ineffective insult and challenge the person to improve.
