Dirt Nap is internet slang that refers to someones demise or death. It is used metaphorically to imply that someone has permanently gone away or is no longer active or relevant in a particular context.

Examples:

After their rival team was defeated in the championship, fans of the winning team taunted them online, saying, “Looks like their dreams of victory took a dirt nap!”
During a heated online debate, one user proved their point so convincingly that the opposing party’s argument took a dirt nap and they had nothing left to say.
