DAMHIK

DAMHIK stands for “Don’t Ask Me How I Know.” It is used as internet slang to express that the person speaking has knowledge or information about something but doesn’t want to disclose the source or explain how they obtained that knowledge.

Example 1:

Person A: “Do you know if Chris is going to the party tonight?”

Person B: “DAMHIK, but I heard he’s not planning to attend.”

Example 2:

Person X: “Is the new movie any good?”

Person Y: “DAMHIK, and I can assure you it’s worth watching!”
