Cosplay

Cosplay refers to dressing up as a character from a movie, anime, video game, or other form of media. It is a combination of the words “costume” and “play.” People who engage in cosplay often create or buy elaborate costumes and accessories to resemble their chosen character. They may also imitate the mannerisms and behavior of the character to truly embody them.

Examples:
1. At the comic book convention, there were many attendees who were cosplaying as their favorite superheroes such as Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, and Iron Man.
2. My friend loves anime, and he spends hours creating incredible cosplays of characters from his favorite shows. Last Halloween, he cosplayed as Naruto and won the costume contest!
