A catnap is a short period of sleep, usually a short nap during the day. It is a slang term used to describe a brief amount of rest or sleep taken to recharge or rejuvenate.

Catnaps are quick, snoozes usually taken during the day to increase alertness and productivity. They typically last for around 10 to 20 minutes and are known to boost energy levels and reduce fatigue.

Example 1: I was feeling exhausted after a long day at work, so I decided to take a quick catnap before going out in the evening.
Example 2: When studying for exams, I often take catnaps to refresh my mind and stay focused throughout the day.
