Capice is a slang term that means “do you understand?” orgot it?”. It is derived from the Italian word “capisci”, which means “you understand”.

This term is commonly used in informal situations to check if someone comprehends what has been said or to confirm agreement. It is often used in a teasing or playful manner and can be seen as a way of seeking affirmation or emphasizing a point. For example, “Ill pick you up at 8, capice?” or “You need to finish your homework tonight, capice?”
