Caguama is a Mexican slang term commonly used to refer to a large bottle of beer. It is typically a 1-liter bottle and is often shared among friends during social gatherings or parties.

In Mexico, caguama is a popular term used to describe the bigger bottles of beer, usually ranging from 940 ml to 1 liter in size. These bottles are larger than the standard beer bottles and are often consumed in a communal setting or during special occasions. The term caguama is derived from the Spanish word for sea turtle, as the shape of these larger beer bottles resembles the shell of a sea turtle.

Example 1: “Let’s grab a caguama and have a few drinks at the beach.”
Example 2: “We bought a couple of caguamas for the party tonight; they should be enough to keep everyone happy.”
