A “blur” is typically someone who may not pay attention to details or fails to grasp the context of a conversation or event. They may appear absent-minded or disoriented. The term is commonly used to mock or tease someone who seems out of touch or confused.

Person B: “Yeah, he’s such a blur sometimes. He’s always in his own world.”

Student: “Oops, I totally forgot! I’m such a blur sometimes.”

(Note: The slang term “blur” should not be confused with the verb “to blur,” which means to make something unclear or indistinct.)
