A B-Movie refers to a low-budget film that is typically of low production quality and often falls into the category of science fiction, horror, or exploitation. These movies are often known for their cheesy dialogue, over-the-top special effects, and sometimes ridiculous plotlines.

B-Movies are typically independent films that don’t have the same resources or budget as mainstream Hollywood releases. They are often made with the intention of entertaining audiences with campy or exaggerated elements rather than delivering a high-quality cinematic experience. Despite their lower production values, B-Movies have gained a cult following and are appreciated for their unique charm and nostalgia.

Example 1: “Let’s have a B-Movie marathon tonight and watch some cheesy horror films from the 80s.”

Example 2: “I love the campiness of B-Movies. The overacting and low-budget effects add to their charm.”
