Ankle Biter

Ankle Biter is a slang term used to refer to young children or toddlers. It is a lighthearted and playful way to describe little ones who are often seen crawling or walking around at the height of an adult’s ankles. The term is derived from the fact that young children are usually at the same level as an adult’s ankles, and they may sometimes playfully “bite” or nibble at someone’s ankles while playing.
