Amp, short for “amplify,” is a slang term used to describe a state of heightened energy, excitement, or enthusiasm. It refers to being at the maximum level of intensity or vigor.

Examples:
1. After drinking a cup of strong coffee, I was fully amped and ready to tackle the day’s tasks.
2. The crowd at the concert was completely amped up, screaming and dancing along to the music.
