Underlying Slopper is an internet slang term that refers to someone who pretends to be knowledgeable or skilled in a particular topic or field, when in reality they lack understanding or expertise. This term is often used to describe individuals who confidently share information or opinions online, but have little to no understanding of the subject matter at hand.

Examples:

1. Person A: Did you see that guy on the forum claiming to be a cybersecurity expert?
Person B: Yeah, turns out he’s just an Underlying Slopper. He was completely clueless when I asked him a few basic questions about encryption.

2. Person A: I was reading this article about cryptocurrency, and some Underlying Slopper commented, pretending to understand all the technical details.
Person B: It happens all the time! People love to act like they know everything, but they’re just faking it to sound intelligent on the internet.
