Shambles: When someone or something is in a state of complete mess or chaos. It is often used to describe a situation or a person’s state of disarray.

Example 1:

– After the party last night, the house was in shambles. Empty bottles were scattered everywhere, and the furniture was toppled over.

Example 2:

– My presentation was a total shambles! I forgot my notes, the slides were disorganized, and I couldn’t even answer simple questions.
