Seis De Mayo is an internet slang term used to mockingly refer to the day after Cinco de Mayo, which is celebrated on May 5th each year. It is used ironically to humorously extend the celebration or use it as an excuse for various reasons.

Examples:

1. Person A: “Why are you in such a good mood today?”
Person B: “Seis De Mayo, bro! The celebration doesn’t stop!”

2. Person A: “I noticed you’re having tacos again for lunch.”
Person B: “Well, it’s Seis De Mayo, and I can’t let the festivities die down just yet.”

Seis De Mayo is often used humorously to indicate playfully elongating the Cinco de Mayo celebration.
The term can be utilized to jokingly justify continuing with Mexican-themed activities, food, or drinks beyond May 5th.
