Scatting in internet slang refers to the act of creating improvised, nonsensical vocal sounds or musical patterns, often in a playfully random or humorous manner. It is commonly used to describe vocal improvisation in jazz music, but in online contexts, it can also refer to spontaneously coming up with humorous or absurdist responses or remarks.

Examples:

1. Person A: Did you see that meme about the talking pineapple?
Person B: Yeah, it was hilarious! I couldn’t stop scatting after reading the captions.

2. Online Chat:

User 1: What’s the secret to happiness?
User 2: 🎵Skiddly be bop, zippity zap, never taking life too seriously, just scatting away!🎵
