The internet slang term “Phaze” is used to describe the act of intentionally ignoring or avoiding someone, particularly on social media platforms or in online conversations. It refers to the action of entering a different phase or state of communication where one person chooses to ignore or disengage with another person’s messages or interactions.

Examples:
1. Person A: Hey, have you seen my last message about the party tonight?
Person B: Yeah, I’ve seen it but I’m going to phaze you right now. Not really interested in going.

2. Person X: I’ve been trying to reach out to John for weeks, but he keeps phazing me. It’s frustrating!
Person Y: Maybe he’s busy or just not interested in talking. It seems like he wants to keep you in the dark.
