Pass The Buck” is an internet slang term used to describe the act of shifting or transferring responsibility or blame onto someone else instead of taking ownership of it oneself. It refers to the tendency of individuals to deflect accountability, passing it onto another person rather than dealing with it themselves.

Examples:

John forgot to complete his part of the group project, so instead of taking responsibility, he tried to pass the buck onto Sarah.
When confronted about his mistake, Mark quickly passed the buck onto his co-worker, claiming that it was their fault.
