Half Quarter is an internet slang term used to describe a situation when someone owes or is owed an amount of money that is halfway between a half and a quarter of a specified currency, usually dollars.

– Example 1:
Person A: Hey, do you remember that $20 you borrowed from me?
Person B: Yeah, sorry about that! I have $10 right now. Can I pay you the remaining $5 next week?
Person A: Sure, that works! Just give me a half quarter for now.

– Example 2:
Person X: I need to pay you back for the concert ticket. How much was it?
Person Y: It was $40, but don’t worry about the full amount. Just give me a half quarter when you can.
Person X: Alright, I’ll transfer $15 to you tonight, and I’ll give you the remaining $5 next time I see you.

In these examples, the term “half quarter” is used to express an agreement to pay or receive an amount of money that is halfway between a half and a quarter of the total owed.
